Amusing, heartfelt, and undeniably adorable!

Falling for You is a bighearted, uplifting tale that takes you into the lives of two main characters. Faith, a young woman who is thoughtful and hardworking but never tends to stay in one place for too long, and Rob, a loving father who is struggling to correct his image, obtain visitation, and create a solid foundation to raise his two girls.

The writing is charming and light. The characters are layered, supportive, and fun-loving. And the plot is the perfect combination of family, friendship, temptation, desire, tender moments, tricky situations, light drama, community, introspection, and new beginnings.

Overall, Falling for You is another heartwarming, cosy, swoony addition to the Sapphire Springs series that I am so bummed has come to an end. It has been one of my favourite series since the first book was published in the fall of 2020, and all I can say is Barb Curtis, I hope you’re already writing another fabulous series as otherwise, I will be terribly blue.

Only For You is an uplifting, highly entertaining tale that takes you on a journey into the life of Emily Holland, a kind, considerate, young baker who finds herself inadvertently faking her true feelings for the one man, Tim Fraser, who she’s always secretly adored when he requires a temporary, pretend girlfriend to ward off his newly acquired, unwarranted stardom.

The writing is smooth and sweet. The characters are charismatic, supportive, and endearing. And the plot is a delightfully irresistible mix of friendship, family, fame, life, community, introspection, misunderstandings, secrets, and ultimately true love.

Overall, Only For You is another lighthearted, cosy, lovely addition to the Sapphire Springs series that I absolutely devoured and which I can confidently say has quickly solidified Curtis on my must-read authors list.

Forever with You is a lighthearted, second-chance romance featuring the hardworking, ruggedly handsome vintner Jay who broke his high school girlfriends heart when he left without a trace, and the spirited, loyal, restaurateur Layna who’s too busy keeping her family’s legacy afloat to open herself up for more heartache from the man who shattered her heart eighteen years ago. 

The writing is fluid and warm. The characters are lovable, kind, and empathetic. And the plot is an uplifting, engaging tale about life, love, family, friendship, forgiveness, collaboration, healing, self-discovery, happiness, success, new beginnings, and a sliver of mystery.

Overall, Forever with You is a heartwarming, breezy, delightful tale by Curtis that has characters you can’t help but root for and a happy-ever-after ending that leaves you smiling, satisfied, and quickly adding Only You (Sapphire Springs #2) to the top of your TBR list for 2021.
